At this point, however, Grant beat out Inger Stevens to become the second Mrs. Crosby, with all of the "trimmings" that such a "royal wedding" ordained. Her acting career slowed to a trickle as she bore Der Bingle three children, including daughter Mary, famous for playing the gal that shot J.R. Ewing on DALLAS.
She remarried some twenty-odd years after Bing's death, but lost her second husband in a car accident in 2010--an accident she managed to survive. She was 90 when she passed away two days ago.
