I don't have access to Paramount, but a cursory look at their offerings suggest that there is no vintage noir available there--that seems to be confined to Max (which is apparently tied into it via TCM). I did notice a few reasonable-looking neo-noirs in the collection, so you might want to browse around and see if any of those strike your fancy.

Eddie had a good night on TCM last evening--two Carl Franklin neo-noirs (DEVIL IN A BLUE DRESS and ONE FALSE MOVE) followed by the always enjoyable SPLIT SECOND (a film that hasn't been shown at a Noir City festival since NC 4 in 2006). Maybe Eddie will get creative in 2027 and do a "noir world 1952" show where he can include an "atomic triple bill" for a Saturday afternoon--THE ATOMIC CITY, SPLIT SECOND, and FIVE.
