Film Noir UK, an upstart film organization, will present its first-ever noir festival at the Plaza Cinema in Weston-super-mare (a resort town on the UK's west coast twenty kilometers south of Bristol). It will run November 1-3.

The schedule is ambitious and international, screening more Ninon Sevilla films anywhere outside of Morelia. The problem, as you'll see when you examine it, is that much of it runs in parallel in two theaters, making it impossible for anyone to see more than half the festival lineup...
