True, only an accoutrement and not central to whether SUGAR is a valid twist on the hard-boiled detective (that plot twist is kind of the "anti-ALPHAVILLE"...), but the Sting Ray really is an ultra-cool car, n'est-ce pas?

Now that I've got the the French noir book on track and (mostly) under control, I'm going to finish looking at SUGAR over the weekend--has anyone else given it a watch?
