RIP William Russell, gone at age 99. Famous later on Doctor Who, but he first made a splash as a very dashing Sir Lancelot on TV. On the noirish side, he made quota quickies (The Big Chance), including a couple of the Edgar Wallace pictures of the early Sixties (The Share Out, Return to Sender).
