That included 7 men, Humphrey Bogart, Dana Andrews, Robert Mitchum, Glenn Ford, Robert Ryan, Edward G Robinson, Burt Lancaster
And 3 women, Barbara Stanwyck, Gloria Grahame, Marie Windsor.

If I were to add another two now to bring it up to a dozen it have to be Richard Widmark and Joan Bennett.

To be honest though, I think I'd prefer to make it separate listings for actors and actresses. That would allow me to expand the male list with Widmark, John Garfield, Victor Mature, John Payne, Dan Duryea.

And the list of women could then take in Bennett, Lizabeth Scott, Audrey Totter, Rita Hayworth, Jan Sterling, Ida Lupino, Joan Crawford, Gene Tierney and Ava Gardner. OK, I know the latter's noir credentials are few, but I don't care. She did noir and, frankly, any list of actresses that leaves Ava out wouldn't be worth a plugged nickel.
