I am still in awe and a trifle envious of those fortunate enough to attend extravagant Noir City Festivals in California.
As much I have enjoyed myself while attending the Chicago NC festivals for thirteen years, the theater is a smaller neighborhood venue and the shows are conducted on a more modest scale.
