But there's a solution to that: it's called TCM. Eddie can mount a hugely inclusive B-noir series at TCM with no real cost to himself if he funnels it through a variant of NOIR ALLEY.
Given the popularity of the weekly series, it would not be too much of a stretch for Eddie to do three weeks of B-noir programming per month for three months during each year.
As I've laid out a prototype initial schedule below, the series could play Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for three consecutive weeks. I'm currently envisioning four films per segment of what I'm calling NOIR ALLEY'S B-Noir Extravaganza. The series could start at 5pm Eastern time, leaving plenty of room for other featured programming to play in the back end of prime time during the series' run.
I've structured this version in chronological order, beginning with 1940. The nine four-film segments take us up to 1945 and showcase 36 B-noirs, many of them familiar, but there are at least as many that haven't had much if any exposure on TCM. It would constitute new ground for Eddie and for the network. Here's what it looks like:

That's 36 B-noirs in three fell swoops. I'll continue with post-WWII B-noir in a later post. Eddie seems to have focused on 50s B-noir a good bit for NOIR ALLEY; he might mix some of those back into this series, so as to give TCM more use of films they've licensed and located for the weekly edition of NOIR ALLEY...
