Beginning at 8pm EST/5pm PST this Friday, TCM rolls out some classic 40s noirs with Academy award tie-ins as part of their "31 Days of Oscar" programming that (as usual) defines their March lineup.

Pull up a chair and see (in order):

DOUBLE INDEMNITY, MILDRED PIERCE, THE LETTER, and THE KILLERS.

And if you're still up on the West Coast (1am PST) after all that, there's a fifth "bonus" noir: CROSSFIRE.
