So to kick off 2023, we're bringing all the films/TV episodes featuring Frank here to this thread for your viewing pleasure convenience.
Gord brought us the first Four-Star Playhouse appearance of McGraw (it was #11 in his current series), which we repeat here you don't have to go back 2-3 pages to seek it out (we know that 92.2% of the folks who post/lurk/fall in from the sky never get past the first page!).
You'll recognize Audrey Totter and Ellen Corby right away. And most will also remember Paul Picerni.
But there is a second McGraw episode from the Four-Star Playhouse, entitled "The Long Count." It's not in the upcoming queue of Gord TV noir posts, so we thought we'd include it here so you'd have a "double feature" in the same post:
The female voiceover (and eventual teasing presence opposite Lovejoy's McGraw) belongs to the very attractive and underrated Joan Vohs. Also making their usual strong impressions in this twisty tale of a star-crossed boxer are Ted DeCorsia and Nestor Paiva.
Love that Lovejoy! :-)
