When I finally saw the actual movie, it reminded me of the "Into Thin Air" episode of "Alfred Hitchcok Presents" (1955) and "So Long at the Fair" (1950), both of which did a better job with the nearly cliche "we don't know what you are talking about" plot.
The ending of BLIM is ridiculous and embarassing.
Does that bio of Preminger cover his lawsuit to prevent the television broadcast of his movies from being interupted with commercials?
