The changes to the outro proved to be purely promotional...for the NC e-zine, however, not for the new version of NIGHTMARE ALLEY. The "exclusive" interview with "delToro-gan" was plugged, and Eddie suggested that folks discuss both versions of the film on Facebook and Twitter. (He was circumspect enough to withhold a plug for his own review of the film that appears in the same issue.)

Re-watching a generous selection of the original this AM reminded me of the stellar work by cinematographer Lee Garmes, and suggested that a B&W version of the '21 version is only going to return many people to the '47 film no matter how well the new film "translates."
