If you're going with the "greatest hits" of Fox noir, Kiss of Death, Thieves Highway and probably Fallen Angel need to be included. Of course, Criterion also was the first to release Thieves Highway on DVD, although I believe those rights are long gone.
I re-watched Roadhouse recently and liked it a lot. Maybe they're saving it (and Kiss of Death/Street With No Name) for the Widmark retrospective.
The Steel Trap would be terrific, but that's a weird one. Who holds the rights? It was a Fox theatrical release but when it was released on DVD, it was put out by Warner Home Video.
