Also starring Lloyd Bochner (as "Howard Hughes") and the semi-ubiquitous Warren Stevens in a twisty tale of dollars and nonsense. Anyone get a sense that the lead actors (Hunter and Hedren) "dialed down" their performances somewhat in recognition that they were going to be seen on the small screen?
Interestingly, the story is credited to Ben Maddow. Director is Doug Heyes (known in some circles for having helmed Ann-Margret's semi-lurid late noir KITTEN WITH A WHIP, made the year before).
