"Murder by Contract" (1958) Low budget noir undermined by musical score

I repeat viewing of this cheap, late cycle noir entry with Vince Edwards made appreciate how important it is to have a good musical score to accompany a film.
The music sound like a student guitarist practicing his scales. It really detracted from the movie. The film would have played better without the annoying music.
Any other examples of films with bad music interfering with the noir mood?
