Good to see you, Gord--I think it would be great to do a little write-up about some of these "failed pilots" as a kind of adjunct to the overall "TV noir experience," which was so pervasive from ca. 1952-62. It would be interesting to trace the TV noir credits of all the behind-the-camera folk who'd been working in big screen noir previously, if only to capture the full nature of that "flow." It also appears from the IMDB credits that this show marks the debut of Roy Thinnes, who seems to have been about 19 when he appeared here. He's still with us today, in his early 80s. Now that I think about it, he does give off actorly vibes similar to those of Richard Basehart...
