Wisconsin Mark's New York Street Films (Revised/Annotated) from 2015

I forgot to respond to Mike back in 2017 when he wrote about SWEET LOVE, BITTER in this context: much of that film (though not all of it) was actually filmed in Philadelphia. Herb Danska and his cameraman picked some excellent locations there, of course. And it was great that our interview with Francis Davis for the UNSUNG HERO (still unreleased Don Murray documentary) took place in Philadelphia, where Davis and his wife, NPR interviewer Terry Gross, still reside.

Notice that there are very few genuine independent productions in the Los Angeles list, while there are lots in the New York list.
