Re: Third cut for Top 25 neo-noir, etc. (The Parallax View)
Upon a re-watch, it didn't wear very well with me. It sure looks noir and the cinematography is a plus. The story tired me, drawn out, and that's partly a function of my patience for movies diminishing with advanced age. If this were removed, I wouldn't miss it. If we expanded to foreign films, I'd replace it with Day of The Jackal (1973), but we could hardly be fair to all the foreign product we haven't viewed.
