THE BIG LEBOWSKI is a noir hybrid--a neo-noir comedy/parody. There are "genre self-referential" films of this type that are in a category unto themselves, and for the purposes of a neo-noir list, should be kept to the side, in the same way that we have agreed to keep other noir hybrids (science fiction, horror, etc.) off the more "mainstream" neo-noir lists.
For any practice here, we'll simply follow what we've done in the past.
I'll get more specific after I've had time to do the work with the lists that's needed to take this further. As noted, if you run across more lists, please post--it will be appreciated!
