Miller's Crossing is a neo-noir with a high IMDb rating of 7.8. I limited the number of Coen neo-noirs on the list. But that wasn't the main reason it does not appear, that being that I have no affection for the movie as a noir. I see it more as a gangster picture. One reviewer I look at is Derek Winnert. For a Coen movie that's neo-noir-drenched, The Man Who Wasn't There fills the bill.
