I found the first episode rough-sledding to watch -- not because of show itself -- because the commercial breaks seemed about 4 or 5 minutes long.
However, ABC, unlike, say for its current mega-hit shows like blackish and Modern Family, which are not publicly available on its website until a week after broadcast, is making Stumptown immediately available, and the commercial breaks are brief. Going forward, this is the way I'll watch the show (and I can choose my own day/time to watch it).

For what it's worth, the NY Times only cited two new shows as likely to be breakout hits, and one of them is Stumptown.
