I'd say 5% of these "tranche" neo-noirs (I thought "tranche" was a financial term??) will compete for a slot in the top 200. That's from eyeballing these lists, however, and so should by no means be considered the final word.
And looking at your consolidated list of these, many (20-30%?) are not "B" noirs...I think you should separate those out so we can see how many of the "B's" are actually in competition for a Top 75 ranking.
