I'm not sure "who" they are, in all honesty. Like Jon said, it's the first time many of us have heard of them. I think they are either an Academy or Revell Germany "budget brand". Kind of like "Mini Hobbies" and "Banner" are joined with Trumpeter. They were the first ones marketing the LHD Wasp III in 350th scale.
