Yes, I hear you Falk - that's exactly why this kit needs a decent upgrade set. And in its development it shouldn't be hard to copy Revell's flight deck texture on the forward extension required. The hardest part will be in choosing a seam which can be filled both easily and without knocking out those raised depictions of the tie-down points.
I'm sure it can be done. (Plus, you can bet any Matty's Models upgrade is going to get rid of that awful seam right through the emergency conn portholes, forward!) Thanks for the comments and will definitely keep you - and everyone - posted, buddy!
