New federal regulations prohibit the term "Jack" be used anymore by any Government entity as it is considered sexist seeings how "Jack" is a predominant male name.
It shall now and hereafter be referred to as a "vee-hickle raising device".
Failure to refer to said device in such a manner will result in loss of Federal Funds and removal of all urinals in public restrooms!
In an effort to right years of wrong, any Agency that desires to refer to said device as a "Jill", will receive special recognition at a White House Lawn ceremony in the near future.
