Re: Ok, Joe. Thanks.
It's obvious he don't know what he's talking about. Years ago, my dad went to purchase some ammo at a gun shop. At the time, gun laws were in flux. He bought a box of shot gun shells, pheasant loads, a box of 20 ga. slugs and a box of .22s. For the first time ever, my dad had to 'sign' for the ammo. Taken aback, he asked the seller, "Is it because of the slugs?" "No," replied the clerk. "Surely not the pheasant loads?" "No," came the reply once again. "The .22s. they could be used in a pistol," said the retailer. "Hmph," my dad said, "I guess they don't mind if you take a man's head off, just so long as you don't put a hole in him." The laws have changed and you don't have to sign for them, but sheesh! HEY JOE! a single bullet is less likely to hit innocent by-standers... Why do you think they call them 'riot guns'? On second thought ... don't tell Joe.
