I need to get this off my chest, should the editoe choose to delete it o wanting to offend anyone I'll understand, I just need to rant.

I'm seeing all these stories about the heatwave of 2012 and the horrible drout this year and the "save mother earth" crowd talking about how this proves that we need to get wiggly light bulbs that could make you sick if you broke it or electric cars or this is why we need to destroy the coal industry, and on and on and on, now I have no doubt that the heatwave has some connection with some environmental concerns but why not go a step further and ask yourself why this is happening? Why is this country such a mess? Why are we in debt up to our children's eyeballs? Why was it so hot in many places this summer? Why did we have bands of hooligans calling themselves "the occupy movement" running around committing crimes in the name of protest? Why does our gonernment do nothing while Rome burns? (So to speak) And please don't answer all those questions with one simple answer, Obama.

In my opinion, and feel free to call me ignorant or any other name you want, but I believe that if you connect things such as taking any mention of God out of schools, making abortion legal, trying to make gay marrige legal, and just about spitting in the face of our closest ally, Israel, I belive because of these things and many more that God has lifted his hand of protection off of our country and we could just be seeing the beginning of hard times.

We have our first president who does not want to protect Israel, we have athiest groups going around suing school districts, state houses, and other places to make the take the Ten Commandments off their walls, we have pro gay groups try to make it legal for two men or two women to get married when that is something that God meant to be 1 man and 1 woman, and we have a lot of people who just don't care anymore.

Christians need to get to work, realize that just for speaking out you will be called every name in the book, homophobe, sexist, racist, hic, rightwing nut, and whatever else they can think of to call you, but consider this, the worst they will do to you is call you names for telling the truth, they hung my saviour on a cross and spat on him and laughed at him as he died for telling the truth, surely we can put up with some name calling.
