Colorado has on it's ballot a proposition to 'legalize' recreational pot. (Mary Jane for you Mayberry types). I'm not sure 'legalize' is the correct term here as it is still agin Federal law to produce, manufacture, sell and / or posses it. After one failed attempt to get enough signatures to put it on the ballot, the proposers of this proposition have now acquired the requisite number of signatures to put it on the ballot. The lawmakers say that if it passes they will be able to control it much as it does alcohol and cigarettes. As such.... they will be able to assess a, as yet to be determined, excise tax on it. What are they going to do with the tax windfall? Where do they all say tax money is for... education.
And they wonder why Johnny is confused betwixed right and wrong.
