Everyone loves Andrew Luck. But not every good college player does well at the pro level.
I think to many pro scouts only look at a players physical attributes, how fast can he run, how much can he bench press, how tall, how much does he weigh, what is his body composition, that kind of stuff. They need to devise a way of measuring a players heart. How much does he love the game? How big is his heart? What kind of character does have? Is he a team player?
Tebow is a case in point. Everyone said he does not have the skills in his mechanics to play pro ball. And his numbers as far as passing completions back that up. But what are his numbers in the win-loss column?
