It's been a rough summer my friend. Fell and broke my ankle in two places and that laid me up for about 8 weeks. On the bright side my surgeon told me I needed to see a neurologist to find out why I am losing muscle control in my legs (which led to the broken ankle). In the last month I have been to 3 specialists, each referring me to the next. Last Thursday I went to Winston Salem, NC and was finally diagnosed as having Myasthenia Gravis....which is a disease that keeps my nerves from communicating with my muscles! No cure for it but at least it can be treated with medicine to give me a better quality of life...I hope. I am just trusting with the Lord each day. He has not brought me this far to drop me now!
