It seems like a lifetime ago when she was kidnapped. Can you believe that the trial yesterday was finally starting? After countless hearings for years challanging the mental capacity of Mitchell (the kidnapper) this past week was spent finally selecting a jury. After much hoopla opening arguments began yesterday, when alas, in the middle of the prosecutions opening remarks, the trial was halted by a 10 circuit ruling out of Denver (after yet another defense appeal) that he could not get a fair trial in Utah. Un-be-freaking-lievable!!!!
