HAIR COLOR: Brown with grey streaks
ALIASES: Goldbrick Wheeler, Onion Breath, Deadbeat Wheeler, Handy with the ladies louse.
LAST SEEN: Heading north on highway 6 in the wee hours of Saturday morning at a high rate of speed. Driving a 1952 Chevrolet pickup with wooden sides. Truck and subject can also be recognized by a strong and strange odor combination of onion, lemonade and fried chicken.
Subject is charged with Fraud and Deception after running up sizable bills at Morelli's Resteraunt, Foley's Market and Weavers Department Store.
There is also a possible civil suit against subject from the owner (Al Becker) of The Grand after failing to follow through with a written contract for painting.
Subject is not considered armed or dangerous at this time.
