Not so long ago we didn't like to do loans, as we were improving players, we didn't 'own'
Now we have half a team of loans - most of which are nowhere near physical enough for league one.
We have a hopelessly fragile midfield that is easy to dominate. A defence that looks like it's their first game together and who are continually terrified of having the ball.
A forward line that simply doesn't work with a lone striker.
We hare doing the simple things badly. And there is nothing to suggest anything will change soon.

Whilst it’s great the various groups give up their spare time and without doubt are passionate about the club and want the best for fans.
However it seems to me that for some time they don’t have any power and just end up being mouthpieces for the club.
I understand why they wouldn’t want to rock the boat but I can’t think of one question that’s been asked which has made GS squirm.. nobody wants to upset him.

I think things stink a bit too and have mentioned certain issues - recently, publicly, at the Trust Strategy Workshop, directly to GS for instance. As an open mike question.
