This imbecile holds the most powerful job in the world, dodges disposition meetings with the bbc (he has tried to rescehdule it for after the discovery phase) on the basis of "national secuirty issues" , but has time to post videos mocking a mentally ill person who jumped into a tiger enclosure (and yes i` aware it may be an udnerling like the one that had obama as a monkey - but he knows about it)
