You say its 'tantamount to Cruelty' Godders, but think about the cruelty she showed her victim was worse. They should have stuck with the rope or rhe chair.

As Nick said below, they wait too long to execute someone. If they are sentenced to death, then do it immediately unless there is an appeal agaimst the sentence. However this would only apply to persons that there is 100% proof of guilt, nothing less.

If you take a life you should forfeit your own. What gives a murderer a right to live, when they have taken the life of their victim(s).

Isn't the majority of 25 years in solitary confinement enough? Not to mention being raped and sexually abused as a child.

It just seems pointless. wait 25 years (life sentence) then do it. They may have claimed to have found god. Like so many miscreants. Sometimes falsely ( see "thommo" and yaxley) but doesnt alter their past. lock them up for life or dont.dont lock thme up for 25 years then fuck up killing them.

No closure for victims if that long. They arent competent nough to do it. Scrap it.

In the case i guess you linked..2 injections, no death. 25 years to produce a patient with brain damage. extra care. not competent. pointless
