Luton Outlaws - Independent Message Board for Luton Town FC

With my wife being a Posh supporter and myself Luton through and through I tend to read both message boards and it’s like reading the same one. The manager not being sure what his best team is, recruiting a team with no players built for League 1, not having a plan B or C, manager not being able to work with the chairman. Williams at Posh had a great start but it’s rumoured didn’t get the players he wanted in the close season transfer window. Then he and this season he seemed to lose his way and his persona over the last couple of weeks seemed to change, he stated he was picking the team people wanted but you got the feeling it wasn’t what he wanted, I think he was a dead man walking especially after yesterdays result. I don’t think he was going to be able to change it around but Fergie has already stated he will not come back again but time will tell, talk is of Karl Robinson being favourite. So many things are similar but I know Jack has struggled a bit so far this season but he does seem to know what he wants let’s hope he can turn it around soon otherwise I can see it ending in the same situation as Posh. That won’t be a good thing for the club or us as supporters, as we know it can take time to re adjust and rebuild again during another transfer window.
