What does it take for the penny to drop? From prem to mid-table in league 2 within five years - would that do it?
Up until the end of last season I was a miserable cunt and was as pissed off as everyone else. Now ive just learnt to live with it because things are not going to change if we moan about it. That's a sad way to be but it is what it is.
I still think things can change but if they dont then something big needs to happen if the club is to progress. Floating around the bottom leagues isnt for us, but I dont take it for granted anymore. We should be a club on the up, but the longer it goes on we are in the same boat as Reading, Wigan etc and that day May 2023 wont happen again.
Disagree, I think the rot set in after leading 2-4 at Newcastle before going back to 4-4 and then thanking our lucky stars they didn't end up getting a fifth. That was when the spiral down began in my opinion. Exactly then.

If Reece Burke would have been bought on at 4-2 and we’d shut up shop (which we should’ve done with half an hour to play - yes I was there) we’d probably have gone home with all 3 points that day. Definitely 2 points dropped.
