Watched the last showing of this at the BFI today. So so great, and surreally beautiful. Not every day you see Luton through this lens. Proper time capsule of the place and a time of life. A Luton La Haine. Seek it out when it appears online. Five stars.

You can watch it free online via BFI player, just create an account and get the first 14 days free trial (and then cancel it if you don't want to pay the £6.99 per month after that). Which is exactly I am about to do now.
I used to work in the cinema industry and would implore film directors at all the Q and A's to make a film about Luton, which was usually met with polite indifference. Good to see someone finally has and that it's getting good reviews.
outlaws is not the barometer of sanity. You're either Luton full tilt or you are nothing. We have spunked way too much money on shite. The end.
