think anyone sane will know what the outcome of the the 116 charges against them will be…, But just interested in people’s thoughts…… Genuine question,has there a timeline ever been attached to this ever?

Delaying the verdict until mid 2028 when they can announce the outcome is that Luton will be deducted 30 points & Power Court 1st game will be in League 2
On a serious note, I know it's complex but I expect an outcome will be similar to Chelsea's recent case with Agent Payments & punishment to be similar, with a hefty fine & suspended transfer ban that will effectively mean nothing.

The Chelsea decision really is ludicrously lenient given that it enabled them to put together a squad that won the league and european cup. So yeah, even though Man City's indiscretions are probably more egregious and numerous it probably will amount to a fine and suspended points deduction. Which they won't care about as they have now established themselves as a superpower, but will still appeal and get the punishment reduced.
