They were clearly critical of Infantino and his methods.

If there's a frustration with the Beeb, worth its salt, though, it's the endless pursuit of 'balance' to the extent that if there was a debate as to whether the world was flat, they'd have to have opinions from all four of the divs who believe so versus just four sensible people.
The idea that the BBC is biased is like inappropriately used foglights. It's a handy indicator that you're dealing with a moron who's likely to come out with any old stupid shit.
