      Playoffs at least.

As things stand, I think anything other than promotion would still be a failure for a club who were in the Premier League two years ago.

Couple of caveats though. Need to see what sort of shape Leicester are in. They could run away with it, meaning that everyone else is competing for just one automatic place.

Also need to wait and see what the squad looks like at end of August. The pessimist in me wouldn't be completely shocked if it turns out our finances are damaged from last season's failure and some of Keeley, Jones, Andersen, Mengi, Odoffin, JJ, Richards end up leaving and we suddenly look a bit more ordinary for the level.

Signing Palmer and negotiating with Eli suggest the financial side is ok though so I'm less worried about that than I was at the end of the season.

Double relegation for Leicester would suggest to me they will not find it easy.

They appear to be in turmoil. Was it shit managers or shit players that did for Leicester

What turmoil precisely do they appear to be in that would lead you to expect they won't be strong promotion candidates?

Genuinely I think we're going up in the autos and will probably win it. I'd be happy with the play-offs but I'll be bitterly disappointed if we don't go up either way.

Comfortably in the play offs would be a decent season. Auto a bonus

Ultimately, the horrendous mid-management of the team/playing side in recent years means that bouncing back and rebuilding will take time. We’re still paying for the premier league hangover, wages and daft recruitment decisions.

Away from the league position, it would great to see a cultural and quality shift from board through to the playing side and fan base. Less ego and defensiveness and into more transparency and getting back to our roots. Remembering who we are and what has made us successful over the years. Everyone pulling together through a more inclusive and reflective culture.

Most experts and their predictions that I have seen have us finishing 3rd behind Leicester & Sheff Weds. Both clubs are in dissaray - Weds need to sign a whole new team in fact - so I don't get the reasoning. Just because they are big clubs I guess.

So my minimum expectation is 2nd !

Promotion would be ideal but I also want to enjoy watching us play. The last two seasons have been a tough watch with very little to get excited about.

I dont mind auto places and consider there are some strong teams

Given how well we finished my expectation is fair

We have no divine right, but i expect to battle and beat most teams

Decent cup run would be good also ,

Not getting beaten by shit teams like Exeter and Mansfield would be a start. Don't care about the cups. Concentrate on winning the league.
