It is a really positive move for the club. GS is going to find it really hard though to step back entirely and let someone else see Power Court to completion, after so many years working on it. OR has he had enough of it himself.
No, I think it's a fair comment. I think Sweaty would accept that it's just not physically possible for him to do every single job to the level that's required.
I don't think we'll ever actually know to what degree his involvement with PC detracted from his involvement in recruitment, for example. But I think that we can reasonably accept that to some degree, at various times, one absolutely did impact upon the other.
