Think mine was a pint of Fosters in the Roman Legion aged about 16, circa 1992. Fosters is disgusting.

outlaws is not the barometer of sanity. You're either Luton full tilt or you are nothing. We have spunked way too much money on shite. The end.

Ind Coope Bitter in The Royal Hotel circa. 1978. I even remember the price - 26p. My weekend wages at Sainsbury's in The Arndale at around ten quid could give me a good few nights out and could run my Honda SS50 moped.

Which bar? I worked there mostly the public bar with the West Indian lads playing dominoes. Few of the ‘night girls’ got in there as well. Broke up one fight between two strays. I was scratched to bits and I got blamed for barring them. Great times mind. Good bands on a Friday & Saturday nights.

The front bar where the biker lads used to hang out. I don't think they were that keen on spotty teenagers hanging around the place but we kept quiet and played the bar billiards table all night (or until they wanted a game!).

Marston's Pedigree. Awful stuff i thought at the time but its what everyone drank. Moving on I didn't touch that stuff for years but then tried it and it was delicious!
