      Dare I say it, common sense has prevailed. Up to this point I don’t know whether Gary had some superpower which meant he didn’t have to sleep, but clearly it was impossible to do both roles properly.

            Strange they would get this guy in to work on PC and leave the commercial stuff to GS. I think that reporting must be wrong and it will be the other way around.

              I see it more as the appointment will focus more on the commercial opportunities with Power Court, so makes sense. He was also involved in the team extending the stand at Selhurst Park.

              I guess this frees GS up to concentrate on the football side of things (something the new guy doesn't seem to have been involved in)
