    Most importantly, pork belly

Posted by jimmyp on 1/7/2026, 21:52:30

We were going to have porchetta, Sunday, but have run out of/have misplaced the string we'd use to hold it together. So, we just laid the pork bellies over the tenderloin. Two bellies because we were potentially catering for an extra two people. We now have one left over and no, real, idea what to do with it.

Any suggestions? No, it doesn't have any sharp corners.

Turn it onto a Ramen or slice it and serve with a roasted pear and rocket salad (with a light cider sauce on the side).
