The person who ran that site at the time (he still posts on here) had gone out for the evening and left his brother to produce and publish a report.
Pogue set it up by posting something about how he'd figured out the identity of someone who he said was a wrong 'un (can't remember why) on here and supplied a link for you to click if you wanted to find out who it was. When you clicked the link it took you to your own Facebook page so you thought he was basically telling the rest of the board you were a wrong 'un.
