    Spain v Saudi Arabia

Incredible game. It's like a permanent attack v defence practice game. Spain 3 up and could be double that at least! Very different performance than their Cape Verde game!

How is a complete mismatch an amazing game?

Who said it was an amazing game? Certainly not I. I said it was incredible as in quite remarkable. Not amazing, not brilliant, not fantastic. Just extraordinary how Spain were almost toying with them. I didn't watch the second half though.

But bear in mind Saudi Arabia are not here just because of the 48 nation policy. They've been in 7 world cups. Cape Verde in their solitary wc appearance put up more of a fight.

          WUM 2

Some people are just easily pleased.
There is very, very little appealing about anything in this tournament tbh.

The Cape Verde game was a bit of an anomaly. Spain and France (and possibly Argentina) are a level above anything else.

We sit in a group of ten to twelve nations who are capable of a decent run but highly unlikely to feature in the final.
