Apart from the Ad/Water breaks. Are throw ins now taken anywhere? They don't seem to occur anywhere near where the ball left the pitch.
Ps High percentage of throw ins are illegal..

I did a feature with the guy who runs Ref Support on Laws that get ignored. Where throw-ins get taken from is ignored, but most throw-ins are ok despite looking dodgy. It’s basically like taking corners on the furthest edge of the quadrant: a pointless bit of gamesmanship. Do players gain anything from shit-looking throw-ins? No. But it routinely happens anyway.

Whilst there are definitely a lot of foul throws, from things I hear shouted at games, there are a lot of people who don't understand the throw in law. There is one person who sits a few rows behind me who regularly shouts about the front of the thrower's foot being over the line.

|The corner quadrants are too small so the ball has to be put right on the edge so your swinging leg has room away from the corner flag post.
