Piss problems

Has anyone had a urine infection before? Jesus Christ, wouldn't have believed how badly it can affect you! Been off my tits on a cocktail of drugs and sweating buckets every night for at least five nights now. Sleep is pretty much non existent too.Useless generations, dumb flag scum.

5 days is too long, you need to be on a different antibiotic. See your GP/call 111 immediately and don't let them fob you off. Male UTIs are not to be mucked around with, can get into the kidney and cause real problems

Appreciate the sound advice BB. Two of those days were before I knew what I was dealing with so, thankfully, the antibiotics seem to be kicking in now and it's easing. The doc has confirmed the antibiotics are the correct ones after the lab test results. What an absolute shit of a thing to come into contact with though. I've known a good few people who've had it and never quite understood just how bad it can be. If you get a combination of fever, sweating, blinding headaches and stinging when peeing then act as quick as possible.Useless generations, dumb flag scum.

My sympathies. I’ve had an infection but not kidney stones which, I’ve heard, is another level of pain.
If it’s an infection, it might be worth consulting your g.p. regarding medication. You might need to change your antibiotic. Hope you recover soon.
