This one - not chance. Not convinced we will do anything. Shit ko times. In danger of being the trump show. Late rule changes. players excluded. Rip off prices. Corruption

Qatar - no. winter world cup? clearly bought. Blatant corruption. Non footballing nation. Late rule changes. Team performance wasn`t horrendous though

Russia - no. corruption and known corruption. And we didn`t stand a chance. slight rise in hope when the squad was announced new players and and abandonment of the tried and failed generation. Worked out ok

Brazil - no not really. Didnt expect us to do anything. so it proved. Took players who didnt have another tournament in them, and woudl have been time for new blood

SA - yeah maybe a bit - still thought we had a chance. That didn`t ` work out well.

So is it team expectations, or the host country? combination?

Obviously interest rises when it starts, and rises again at knockout phases as we start forgetting the venue

Not me. Always loved WC. rubbish ko times, too many teams, joke prices, car park cost more than match tickets!

I had access to tickets for all Norway games as a member. But turned them down. Not really a massive fan. (Just watch games in Oslo)

South Africa was the worse World Cup of all time, those fxxking horns did my head in.
Always look forward to a WC, but not so sure this time.

Then someone brought one into our first game after. I think they realised that that was a bad idea...
